Join us on Tuesdays at 6:30pm for an hour of relaxing yoga. This class will help increase flexibility, challenge your balance, teach deep breathing, and melt away stress. Bring your yoga mat and wear comfy clothes. All levels of yoga are welcome. Space is limited!
Thursdays @ 11:00am - Morning Yoga
This yoga class is geared to stretch, strengthen, and lengthen your body and your spirit! In this one hour yoga class, expect to challenge your balance, increase flexibility, release tension and tight muscles. All levels of yoga are welcome to attend. Bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes.
